In this interactive session, Karen Agrait shares her real-world journey of going “all in” on her coaching practice, trusting her inner voice, giving herself grace, and professionalizing step-by-step. Through her CLEAR™ model (Connect, Listen, Explore, Adapt, Reinforce) Karen offers a practical lens coaches can use to bring clarity to their work, whether they coach independently or inside an organization. She’ll share how authentic networking led to a CEO connection and multi-year contracts, and how clarity (not perfection) became her compass. Participants will leave with fresh ideas they can apply immediately to strengthen their coaching presence, reduce chaos, and bring renewed focus back to their clients and organizations.
