About ICF Michigan

The ICF Michigan Charter Chapter focuses primarily on the support and development of coaches, primarily in Michigan, but also beyond our state border. We meet virtually and in-person to provide a sense of community, growth, and development, along with networking  opportunities.  We warmly embrace  everyone -  from those who are just curious about coaching,  to those who may be just beginning their intentional path to ICF credentialed to our master level coaches. We also provide resources and access to coaches for those who are seeking a coach for a wide variety of solutions.

Our mission is to be a dynamic, diverse community of coaches, which grows, develops, connects, and serves members and community with highest standards of professional coaching.

Our History

As a chartered chapter of the International Coaching Federation, ICF Michigan was founded as PCAM, the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan, in 2004. It was organized to serve the broad spectrum of professional coaches who live and work in Michigan and to work for the advancement of professional coaching.

ICF Michigan strives to serve as a support network and go-to organization for all professional coaches, prospective coaches and interested clients across Michigan.
