Topic: “Establishing, Developing and Maintaining Trust with Clients” with guest speaker Nancy Radcliff, ACC
We know that trust is a foundation that can be established, developed, maintained and also destroyed. As we talk about the importance of trust we will share times we succeeded or did not succeed securing or growing a client relationship. We will review how aligning our words with actions, holding ourselves accountable and how we listen impacts success in our coaching. Ready to be vulnerable with fellow coaches? Let's listen and learn.
Key Learning Outcomes
1. List 3 key ways to effect trust in relationships
2. Share with co-coaches a time you positively improved/impacted a relationship through the foundation of trust
3. Share with your co-coaches a time you could have improved the foundation of trust with a client
