Join us on Thursday, July 23rd from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Eastern Time
Topic: “AI in Coaching: Tool or Partnership” with guest speaker Dr. Norma Tirado
Artificial intelligence is rapidly entering the coaching space—but what role should it play in executive coaching?
Join us for a structured, thought-provoking discussion exploring how AI is currently being used in coaching practices and organizations. Together, participants will consider the opportunities AI may create for coaches and clients, as well as its limitations, ethical considerations, and potential impact on the coaching relationship.
This is a structured debate—not a decision-making exercise. There is no expectation of consensus. Instead, participants will be invited to share diverse perspectives, challenge assumptions, and leave with sharper questions to consider in their own practice.
During this interactive session, participants will:
Explore how AI is currently being used in executive coaching.
Debate the opportunities and limitations AI presents for coaches and clients.
Examine whether AI-assisted coaching aligns with the ICF Code of Ethics.
Surface diverse perspectives without requiring agreement.
Leave with practical questions and insights to carry into their own coaching work.
Whether you see AI primarily as a tool, a partner, or something in between, this conversation will create space for thoughtful reflection on its evolving place in coaching.
* Approved for TBD CEU's*
