Topic: “The Coach’s Inner Work: Mindset and Micro-Practices That Improve Client Impact” with guest speaker Dr. Jillian Bybee
A coach’s internal state directly influences the quality of presence, listening, and connection they bring to each client conversation. When coaches operate from chronic stress, urgency, or depletion, it can subtly affect their ability to remain curious, grounded, and fully attuned. Over time, this can reduce presence, increase emotional exhaustion, and limit client impact. In this interactive session, pediatric ICU physician, certified coach, and wellness trainer Dr. Jillian Bybee explores practical strategies that help coaches strengthen self-awareness, emotional regulation, and sustainable performance. Attendees will learn how nervous system practices, mindset shifts, and intentional pauses can deepen coaching presence, improve client conversations, and support long-term fulfillment in coaching.
Key Learning Outcomes
- Regulate the nervous system
- Learn to more effectively create space
- Learn to work more sustainably in order to build a fulfilling and successful coaching career
