Topic: "Functional Imagery Training - The Newest Coaching Tool" with guest speaker Jo Grover
Are you looking for results in your coaching? Joanna Grover was too. That is why she ventured to the UK to become the first professional in the US to be trained in Functional Imagery Training (FIT). In academic studies, FIT is 5x's more effective than motivational interviewing. It has led to groundbreaking results in health and wellbeing, as well as, athletic performance.
Joanna partnered with Dr. Jonathan Rhodes, a developer of FIT to write "The Choice Point" and to create a program for coaches around the world. In this presentation, you will learn how to measure your imagery ability and gain knowledge about the role of multi-sensory imagery in shaping human behavior.

ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER
Jo Grover is a Board-Certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation and the Harvard Institute of Coaching. She is the first in the U.S. to offer Functional Imagery Training (FIT). With 15 years as a sought-after coach and cognitive therapist, Jo has worked with top leaders at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Olympic athletes, the KPMG organization, and C-Suite Executives for Citi and IBM..
Jo graduated with a B.A. in communications from Syracuse University and received her Master’s in social work from New York University. Her greatest strength is her ability to help her clients feel more calm, clear, and confident. Her 96-year-old father, a retired boat builder, taught her that a well-balanced boat encounters less resistance and can go further. To achieve this, she spends time with family, friends and enjoys time on, in, or around the water.
