Topic: "Recording with Confidence: Self-Assessing Recordings for Your ICF Credential" with guest speaker Lyssa deHart, MCC
Let’s engage our coaching mindset and get curious about what Assessors are listening for in your recordings. The core competencies create a container for a coaching conversation that allows the client to develop self-awareness and empowers the client to be at choice. There are specific requirements at each level of competency, and they build on each other.
Let’s listen to a coaching demonstration. All the while marking the PCC Markers in RaeNotes that you notice in the coaching. Explore how the questions move the client forward and how the partnership between coach and client is created.
We will debrief the coaching demonstration, explore choice points, and consider more evocative questions. Make the connection between the coaching questions and the competencies.

Lyssa deHart, LICSW, MCC, BCC, author of StoryJacking: Change Your Dialogue, Transform Your Life, and the Reflective Coach: a 12-month journey, is a Leadership Confidence and Whole Life Coach.
