Topic: "Use Neuroscience to Slay Your Saboteurs" with guest speaker Kathryn Senn, ACC

This engaging, interactive workshop will help you unmask how you self-sabotage in your coaching, coaching practice and other relationships. How would a deeper understanding of how you get in your own way make you a better coach? A better collaborator or business partner? A better partner or parent?

What if you could quiet down those internal voices that keep you from being the bold, daring coach you want to be? Imagine being able to move through challenging coaching and life situations with calm, positivity, and focused actions instead of anxiety, pressure, or guilt. How would it feel to take action from a place of ease and flow instead of stress and fear?

Based on the work of NY Times best-selling author and coach Shirzad Chamine, we will explore how our survival brain and learning brain can help or hijack us and learn simple, quick, actionable brain exercises to intercept and disarm our Saboteurs.

Participants will take a Saboteur Assessment prior to the workshop. The assessment will guide your choice of which breakout room to participate in. Take the assessment here: Assessments | Positive Intelligence. Results are fully confidential and not viewable by the presenter.

Get ready to slay your saboteurs and have some fun in the process!
