Topic: Adaptive Coaching Come join our conversation about all types of clients. How do you adapt your coaching to meet their needs? What tactics, tool, or approaches have you found to be effective in a coaching engagement with different types of clients? Some of the types of clients we can consider are: Different generational clients: Gen X, Gen Z, Millenials, Babyboomers Neurodiverse clients Clients resistant to coaching Others? For each different type- how does your approach change? How do you adapt? What do you focus on? What do you do differently? Let’s talk through some of the nuances of coaching that you have developed and experienced and have found that work well.
