Join us for our “All-State” Virtual Coach Café, a space for networking, small and full-group discussion, and resource sharing.
February's gathering will be facilitated by Sandra Schiff Topic: "Self-limiting beliefs"
The focus of this Cafe will be to define what “self-limiting beliefs” are and how identifying these beliefs help our clients move forward. Most limits are self-imposed. When we identify the source of the limiting assumptions, we can question those assumptions and choose to make different choices.
Sandra has been a practicing Life/Career Transition Coach for over 12 years. Her professional journey has always been in the “helping field” and her philosophy is that coaching is about energy and awareness, as it is a practice that opens up endless possibilities.
