Jackie Browning, PCC
Jackie Browning’s professional background spans across the industries of Automotive, Hospitality, Industrial, Energy, Medical Centers, Education, etc. Her passion for growth and change uniquely combines creativity, business acumen, and strategic vision. Jackie established Parkside Consultants, LLC in 2010.  Parkside offers services that showcase Jackie’s 25+ career and her passion for Executive Coaching, Employee Development, and Talent Management, to name a few.  Parkside is the creation of Jackie’s leadership expertise to stimulate clients’ insight, awareness, and motivation.  She’s consistently praised for identifying and confronting challenges that hinder definitive actions.  She excels at supporting the navigation of C-Suite Executives during transitions and organizational change.  Clients who hire Parkside know that working with Jackie gives them the competitive edge they need to succeed.










 
Barry Demp, MCC
Barry became the first Master Certified Coach in Michigan, through the International Coach Federation in 1999. His work over the years has been related to helping people develop and expand their leadership, management, coaching and communication skills. More than ever, he believes there is a hunger for a healthy spillover from the business and executive worlds to areas of the home, heart, and spirit. Other areas of interest include physical and mental health, meditation, blogging, social media, and artificial intelligence. Barry likes to say, "Coaching is who I am, not just what I do for a living".
