Topic: "How Our Brain Processes Change and What to Do About It" with guest speaker Jennifer Eichenberg
Did you know we all have a natural distaste for change? This is how our brain evolved to keep us alive. Neuroscience tells us a lot about how our brain processes change. When we know why we react the way we do, we can take different approaches. As a coach, you are helping clients through all kinds of change. Learn new approaches in this session to help get your clients unstuck.

ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER
Change is hard for everyone—even when the change is positive or long overdue. Organizations ask their employees to change quite frequently. Sometimes it is a small change and other times it may be a transformational one.
Jennifer Eichenberg's role is to help move people along on the journey so that when the change happens, people are ready—they know why they are doing it, what to do, how to do it and when to do it. Not all change initiatives go flawlessly. Jennifer has found that her two decades of expertise and experience make these initiatives go smoother than if she's not involved. This means the organization gets to their rate of adoption quicker — equating to money saved, clients serviced faster, and a host of other benefits.
