Dear Coaches,
This is my final time to speak to you as the International Coach
Federation (ICF) Michigan Charter Chapter president. I am grateful
for the opportunity and honor to serve for the past year.
It is traditional at this time for the outgoing president to report
the accomplishments of their year - there have been many:
* We invited several organizations and educational institutions
to various events that allowed us to understand their coaching needs.
* We exposed various groups, companies, and individuals to ICF
Michigan coaches and our reputation as the gold standard for coaches.
* We initiated our Coaches Connection event in Grand Rapids.
* We launched our Chapter's first-ever Virtual Coaching
Fishbowl event. We gathered together coaches of all levels to observe
real-time, true-life coaching.
* Our updated, user-friendly website will launch in January
2020, with an enhanced search feature to quickly identify coaches and
their specialties.
You should be pleased with what we as a Chapter accomplished this
year. I salute all the coaches in the ICF Michigan Charter Chapter
for being one of the best chapters in the Global International Coach
Federation.
I believe coaching is as much a science as it is an art -
coaching concepts and strategies will continue to evolve. Therefore,
we should continually offer our clients opportunities to venture onto
paths of innovation and creativity.
