Super-Vision: The Missing Piece invites credentialed and credentialing coaches to explore supervision as a reflective, restorative, and developmental space. Unlike mentoring or skill training, supervision focuses on the whole coach and the coaching relationship, not just performance. Reginald G. Jackson, Sr., PCC, ESIA, Board Member Reginald is a former federal employee and Marine Corps veteran with a combined service of 34 years. His leadership experience and training has afforded him the ability to effectively zero in on what will elevate the coaching experience from transactional to transformational.
