About this event

Join us on Thursday, June 11th from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Eastern Time

Topic: “Super-Vision: The Missing Piece” with guest speaker Reginald Jackson, Sr., PCC

Many coaches invest in credentials, tools, and niche training—but overlook one of the most impactful supports for their own development: supervision. Super-Vision: The Missing Piece invites credentialed and credentialing coaches to explore supervision as a reflective, restorative, and developmental space. Unlike mentoring or skill training, supervision focuses on the whole coach and the coaching relationship, not just performance. Through discussion, case reflection, and interactive exploration, attendees deepen understanding of supervision’s value and leave with renewed clarity about how supervision can: Reduce burnout Support ethical decision-making Enhance confidence and presence Improve client outcomes

Key Learning Outcomes

  1. Clear distinctions between coaching, mentoring, and supervision
  2. Awareness of ICF guidance and global trends in supervision
  3. Practical examples of how supervision supports growth, resilience, and ethics
  4. A decision-making framework for engaging in supervision

* Approved for TBD CEU's*

ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER

Reginald G. Jackson, Sr., PCC, ESIA, Board Member Reginald is a former federal employee and Marine Corps veteran with a combined service of 34 years. His leadership experience and training has afforded him the ability to effectively zero in on what will elevate the coaching experience from transactional to transformational. He’s also able to effectively generate a space for reflection and introspection that leads to life-changing results; positively impacting his clients, the people they lead, and the organization at large. The foundation of his coaching philosophy is to help his clients Turn chaos into clarity through systems and processes.
