Professional Development Webinar

Join us on Tuesday, September 12th from 1:00 - 2:30 pm Eastern Time

Topic: "Too Much College, Not Enough Kindergarten" with guest speaker Deborah Westcott, PCC

When we talk about the “art” of coaching, it is important to talk about emotional intelligence, both our own and our clients. We learn the what of coaching - the steps, the contract, the structure.  The how – how do show up, how do I build the relationship, how will change happen, is even more important.

Do I step into my coaching centered and in self awareness?

Am I aware of how I emotionally react to something my client is saying?

And what is my clients emotional intelligence?

Join me to learn new skills and friendly reminders about EQ and its importance in coaching success.
