Studying the core competencies, watching coaching demos, mentoring, taking classes… these activities all support us in becoming better coaches. But what wisdom can we pull from other fields that might expand our perspective even more? Beth is going to share a few insights about coaching gleaned from her recent week at a photography conference and facilitate a conversation about what we can learn from stretching into new areas of interest. You’ll have a chance to share your experiences and reflect on how they inform who you are as a coach.
