Now more than ever, career coaches are in demand to help people succeed in this new, volatile circumstance. The challenges of today’s career climate have made Career Coaching one of the most important and in-demand services that coaches can provide.


About our Speakers

Jenn Chapman
is a certified leadership coach, trained through Georgetown’s prestigious Executive Leadership Coaching program. She brings a warm, approachable personality coupled with sharp skills, expertise, and business savvy to both support and challenge her clients. Jenn coaches a variety of corporate, government, and non-profit clients and is especially experienced working within science, research, and engineering industries. Jenn draws on her leadership experience at a Fortune 500 firm to help coaches learn how to empower employees to take ownership of their jobs and careers. While she works well with employees and leaders at all levels, Jenn especially enjoys helping leaders who have been promoted through functional expertise embrace their roles as people managers. In addition to coaching her clients, Jenn also manages two coaching programs for large organizations. She began her six-figure business, Ambition Leadership, on Leap Day 2012. Sandy Mobley is gifted at supporting leaders in cultivating fulfilling careers and building nourishing workplaces. A master certified coach and master somatic coach, she is sought after by managers and executives interested in improving their leadership. She is a founder of the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program which has trained over 1,400 coaches. Her MBA and leadership roles in large corporations helps her understand the unique challenges leaders face in the business world. She is a recognized leader in individual and team coaching, organization development, and training. She and Jenn Chapman designed and implemented an Internal Coach Certification Program at the IRS and trained IRS executives to become coaches. You can buy her book Juicy Work at Amazon.com.
