Professional Development Webinar - "Listening for Awareness"

Join us on Thursday, July 16th from 1:00 - 2:30 pm Eastern Time
Topic is "Listening for Awareness" with guest speaker Kathy Harman, MCC

We all think we know what Active Listening means, but did you know that you should be listening for a lot more than the words and body language?  You should also be listening for the client’s growing and learning, so you can help them become aware, which results in sustainable learning.

In this workshop, Ms. Harman will share some ideas and techniques to energize your listening, as well as how to deepen client learning.  Includes a demonstration of coaching to model the learning.
