Join us as we circle back to the conversation we’d planned for June… this month, we’ll engage in a lively conversation centered around turning the ICF Core Competencies upside-down! You’ll have an opportunity to engage with your peers in full- and small-group discussions about “Competency Inversion.”
We’ll ask to you to pick one of the new competencies and talk about its opposite and 1) how it might show up in our coaching and 2) how we as coaches can leverage this inversion for the good of our clients.
