(think chatGPT for leadership) With decades of experience in executive coaching, Tony has worked with leaders and teams across the globe to foster transformational change, both personally and professionally. Known for his practical approach and deep expertise, Tony is dedicated to empowering individuals to unlock their full potential, while shaping the future of leadership in today’s fast-paced world. Tony works with senior C-suite executives who need fast, effective coaching that matches the pace and pressure of their roles. His unique approach ensures that clients come to sessions with multiple issues and leave with resolutions for each one —within a single session. Having first encountered coaching in the early 1980s, Tony has been at the forefront of shaping how coaching is applied in the workplace. An MCC since 2008, he is a founding member and past President of ICF Singapore, and has contributed to several ICF Global task forces on coach training. A naturalised Singapore citizen of British origin, his background includes 30 years in technical, sales and leadership positions in Europe, Scandinavia and Asia-Pacific in Technology and Software companies.
