As a cross-cultural business coach and team-builder, Susanne works with clients to deal with unique cross-cultural challenges and with multi-cultural teams to find their common language. Susanne helps challenge global communication when challenged by it, think beyond borders, find similarities in the differences and simplify complexity.

Susanne herself was immersed in cultural diversity from early on: she grew up as a German child in Taiwan, going to an American school, speaking English, Chinese, German and later Spanish on a daily basis. Susanne earned her degree in Business Administration in Germany and worked in sales and marketing within corporate Germany for 15 years before moving to Michigan in 2010 where she completed her professional coach training.

Susanne founded TeamEssenz Coaching & Consulting LLC in 2012.
Susanne strongly believes in the value of the differences and the strength of diversity. The blends of different cultures and personalities make each person a unique individual. Susanne encourages her clients to feel the difference and turn them into an asset.

Throughout her career, Susanne has worked within cross-cultural teams and individuals all over the globe and has mastered many of her own transitions. She has a deep understanding of how the move to a new county is exciting for expatriates -or expats- and how these transitions can also pose challenges. Expats can attempt to fit in, but what does “fitting in” really mean and does one really have to?

With much energy, enthusiasm and “German drive” she enjoy challenging these questions with anyone who crosses cultures, enjoys change, loves diversity and dares to be different…

Hello, I’m Kathy Igoe.

My Motto is: “Accident’s happen, your life doesn’t have to be one!” …nor does your business or career, for that matter.

I am passionate about strengthening business success through leader and employee development. I am passionate about assisting individuals to enhance their careers (and lives) through professional and personal development. I have pursued (and continue to) professional experience, education and training, personal development and business acumen in support of achieving these results in the world.

I am skillful at coaching individuals through transitions by: easily establishing rapport, building trusting relationships, practicing precision inquiry and challenging conversation, using rigorous assessment methodology to determine areas for increasing life harmony and strengthening competencies.

My clients achieve integrated sustainable change by incorporating new language, perspectives and action into their professional and personal life. I bring into my coaching a variety of resources:

  • professional coach training based on the integration of linguistics, developmental psychology, twentieth-century philosophy, and biology into a practical and customized methodology known as Integral Coaching®,
  • strategy communication and change methodology from training as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP),
  • personality type awareness based on experience and training with the Enneagram system, and
  • mindfulness awareness from my training, education and experience with the meditative labyrinth path, mindfulness practices and yoga philosophy.

My interest in coaching developed organically from counseling employees, direct reports, peers in management and company executives. I bring 20 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager and Professional for companies such as GTE Corporation, Budget Rent-a-Car, Masco Tech-Braun and Compuware Corporation.

I lead engaging small group coaching workshops and provide motivational speeches. I am a trained Labyrinth Facilitator for individual and group self-reflection, ritual and ceremonial walks.

Fifteen years ago, Matt began his own unique style of low impact aerobic kick boxing and developed a women’s self-defense called “Physical Abuse Avoidance Tactics”. Matt is also a long time musical entertainer of 31 years. He was in a Traditional Celtic Band called the Kwils which disbanded after a twenty year musical journey. The Kwils produced two CD’s during their time together; their first CD in March of 1997 and second CD in November of 2000. Matt now enjoys performing as a solo musician under the name of “Celtic Kilroy”, most recently creating a new style of entertainment called; “Pub Cabaret”. He also performs as human statue that comes to life playing several tradition Irish instruments and singing. His new school is located at the Wolverine World Wide Family YMCA of which he functions as the master instructor and martial arts program coordinator.

Matt loves to run, roller blade, kayak, swim, ride his bike and cross country ski. He enters and completes local road races and triathlon annually. Matt is nearing his 15 gallon mark for giving blood through the American Red Cross Blood program and encourages all who are able to also give this great gift of life.

In summary, Matt is still a 60 years “young” lad at heart while maintaining the wisdom of an adult. He describes himself as a “human sponge” that absorbs all the possibilities and joys that life has to offer in order to later share them with whoever may cross his path. Matt believes we were all placed on this earth to accept, help and serve each other by way of our God given talents, and sharing his medical, musical and coaching talents, among others, are just a few of many ways he passionately follows this belief.

In life and business it is my reward when I can make a real contribution to the relationships I have worked hard to develop. I partner with established or new Line Leaders who want to be better leaders or achieve greater success with challenging situations with the performance and productivity within their teams.  I also work with senior professionals who want to achieve greater business results.

In partnering with me I hold my clients “capable” and work with them to craft the results they are looking for.  We carefully plan what this road map will look like.

My Coaching style is not directive, I prefer to be a “thought partner” and find solutions by exploring with curiosity and questions that allow my clients to seek more awareness and understanding of what is getting in their way.  My authenticity is evident in the process and this allows me to work well in feedback rich relationships where communication flows honestly in both directions.

President and Intuitive Business Coach Personal Success Programs LLC Home 22681 Deerfield Rd Novi MI 48375-4434 United States Phone: 248-349-6225 Website: Personal Success Programs LLC

I am a Business and Life Coach who believes that great results are never achieved in isolation. The most successful people in life have had a ‘coach’ in their circle – someone who can challenge their beliefs and assumptions, support them in difficult situations and help them make better decisions.

Business Coaching

I partner with business owners and leaders, their teams and employees to create lasting change within the organization. Having been a small business owner since 1990 and having mostly small business clients, I have an affinity for the entrepreneur and his or her vision.

I can assist with:

  • Coaching the business owner/leader and staff through challenges and toward objectives
  • Improving communications with staff and customers
  • Strategic planning and visioning
  • Needs Analysis
  • Creating and implementing standards and processes
  • Discovering possibilities within problems

Individual Coaching

All transformation comes from within yet that’s often the most difficult place to access on our own. Partnering with a coach can facilitate access to those hard-to-reach areas by creating an open and supportive space to explore, grow and eventually succeed. Life becomes fun again!

Past coaching clients have reported better confidence, clarity and purpose. Success stories include job promotions and raises, healed relationships, better outlook and sense of self-worth and a freedom to explore their life’s purpose.

I’m also a seasoned Law of Attraction instructor (Abraham-Hicks) and can include this foundation within the coaching for even faster and deeper results.

Each coaching relationship begins with a complementary Discovery/Strategy Session.

I am credentialed as an Associated Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and have also trained in Mediation and Advanced Dispute Resolution.
