ICF Michigan Leadership

Meet the ICF Michigan 2017 Board of Directors

And read their answers to the question: “What are you excited about for 2017?

Vicki Hepler, 2017 President – It is my privilege to serve as your President this year, 2017, and I am so very fortunate to be surrounded by a multi-talented, experienced and enthusiastic Board of Directors! I am excited to see what the year holds for ICF Michigan, ICF Global and the coaching community at large.  We want to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our members with a robust offering of educational, networking and growth opportunities and to that end I invite you to share your thoughts and ideas with us throughout the year. Together we will make ICF Michigan the “go-to” organization for our state.  Let us hear from you!

Mary Selzer, Immediate Past President -With this being my sixth and final year on the ICF Michigan board, I’m excited to see new leadership bring fresh ideas that will help our chapter become bigger and better!

Jackie Browning  – People volunteer for personal reasons, not organizational reasons. My goal is finding alignment between personal and ICF Michigan values. Mission and vision. Outreach ICF Michigan will provide you opportunities to learn new skills, channels for giving back, and richness of life.

Andrea Fleischfresser – I’m so grateful and excited to serve on the ICF Michigan Board again this year. Being part of a community such as ICF Michigan is fundamental for us as Coaches, to support each other and continue our learning and growing as professionals. I’m looking forward to connecting with other members and having a great year with all of you.

Beki  Fraser-The connections within the ICF Michigan Chapter have created such energy for me as a coach and I’m so happy to be on the Board looking for more ways to be connected. As the industry grows and evolves, our chapter is always looking for ways to support its members. Already, great ideas have surfaced and I’m excited as we explore those and find more!

Nadine Henry – I am looking forward to the opportunity to continue being an active board member and to participate to the growth and future of ICF Michigan. My goal is to work with other members to implement the strategic vision, explore and develop  new horizons and help grow our chapter to become a  leading Chapter.

Dmitry Kondratyev – I have been a member of ICF Michigan since 2015 and have had a chance to experience all that the Chapter has to offer. The value of teleclasses alone is phenomenal, and the relationships I’ve built with professional coaches are priceless. 2017 is the year I get the opportunity to talk to existing and prospective members as a member of the ICF Michigan Board. I am here to listen and answer any questions you may have. Let’s come together and move forward!

Cedric McSween – I’m truly honored to have the opportunity to represent this distinguished Board of outstanding coaches for ICF Michigan.  I’m extremely excited about the collective experience and energy this Board will bring in continuing our mission to be the best in serving our members and the community at large.

Cathy Mott -Awareness & Education.  In 2017 I’m excited about the endless possibilities to bring a greater awareness to individuals and organizations of the benefits of coaching.  Coaching is a powerful tool to unleash hidden gifts and talents that are most often hidden under a “to do list.”  When organizations invest in their employees and help them unleash their personal power…the possibilities are endless.  I’m also excited about the education piece of coaching…I want to help ICF educate organizations and individuals to have a deeper understanding of what coaching actually is.  It is not a punitive measure to address “bad” behavior or poor performance.  Coaching is a proactive investment that helps develop leaders and even hidden leaders within organizations that can change the culture and energy within an organization.  As individuals, we should all be leaders within our own lives…the benefits of personal coaching are just as powerful. My long-term goal is to make coaching a part of dinner time conversation in every family.  Now that’s what excites me!

Nan Reed Twiss – Having been a member of ICF MI for more than 7 years, I am looking forward to supporting the organization that has supported me so much in my own professional journey. As the new Chair of Education and Development, I am excited to facilitate one of the greatest perks of being a member of ICF MI – the sharing of knowledge, wisdom and resources from our membership and beyond to help not only with ongoing certification needs, but also raising the bar with our own professional standards and abilities.
